Navi Mumbai’s renowned Wellwisher
Group offering premium options for Pune home buyers Wellwisher Group, a shining
star over Navi Mumbai’s skyline, is expanding its wings in Pune. The group has

guidance of MD Abhijeet Chandrakant Bhansali. Talk of the Town caught up with
him on his recent visit to the town to learn more about the group’s projects,
customer-friendly initiatives and future plans.

group has set up an ambitious plan to grow and be counted among the top league
of real estate developers in Pune. Sure, we have delivered residential and
commercial properties in Navi Mumbai and so far we have shown timely delivery
and right pricing, working and growing in Pune market has been a great
experience as we has delivered and continued with the premium homes. Our
scrutiny on demand of the market including end users and the investors are more
on to premium homes which will be easy on pockets. Being a developer from Navi
Mumbai, Punekars have blissfully accepted Wellwisher as a brand and has shown
trust on us. So far it has been a great journey expecting the same to be
continued. Again it’s a story that is just beginning to be taken note of by the
markets.
Being a developer having expertise in carving out premium residential
and commercial projects, what opportunities do you see in Pune realty market?
Pune being the education hub and
IT suburb has given a fabulous response to the premium inventories we brought
in the market. Our client base till date is majorly from the IT industry. Th e
metropolitan nature of Pune has brought us a bigger opportunity to bring in
various segments in residential and commercial properties.
Wellwisher Group has recently completed a premium residential project
(Aairah Terrazo) in Katad Khana, Pune. Would you like to continue serving the
upper strata of the society or do you have any plans to launch budget homes?
A Wellwisher is spearheading in
premium home segment, we will be soon getting luxury segment into market. Th e

projects Kiarah Terrazo in the city? Who all comprise your target audience?
East Pune, as we all know, is a

2 BHK homes with Gated Community located in Hadapsar, next to Magarpatta, was
to bring in all in one easy life for our customers. Magarpatta, Hadapsar has
many IT Parks in the vicinity, social infrastructure around is highly
developed. If we study the market, individuals are living a life where we have
less time and more activities to do. At Kiarah Terrazo, we have taken care of
every need of a home buyer. We have made clubhouse, gym, commercial shops,
guest rooms, kids play area, intercom facility, decorative entrance lobby,
swimming pool, fire fighting system, indoor game section, basketball court
among others available within our Project. Talking about our target market, we
do have a large focus on IT-ITeS community. This set of customers is willing to
reside in East Pune
Several developers in the city are coming up with customers’ centric schemes
and mega discount offers. You also have 0% Interest Scheme in place. How do you
see this scheme benefiting your customers? And do you have any immediate plans
to enter in the segment of affordable housing?
Wellwisher has a major focus on
the customer benefit; we not only take care of making things available for them
in terms of the daily needs and getting good ROI but have also kept their
pockets intact. If we talk about our 0% interest EMI scheme, it has brought a
sigh of relief to the home buyers, here the buyer do not have to go for any
bank loans, where he doesn’t have to pay interest to the bank. The home bought
with Wellwisher Group will be 100% interest free. Th e buyers just have to pay
the actual amount of the fl at and he save his interest which is almost equal
the cost of the house. Also the tenurity or payback time is only 7 years that
is 84 months. Buyer can pay interest free EMI’s which are bare minimum amount
and easy on pocket. The scheme itself make the premium segment which we offer
affordable
